松软煤层大垂高即时回撤通道设计及施工

摘要: 为实现霍尔辛赫煤矿3207大采高工作面在煤质松软、地质条件复杂情况下的安全回撤,采取了末采不降采高、即时做回撤通道的方案。通过分析临近大巷保护煤柱留设、设备尺寸限制以及工作面末采阶段矿压显现规律,确定了回撤通道合理的位置;通过对支架回撤过程的几何运算得出了回撤通道断面的合理尺寸;通过改造末采挂网和采煤工艺,创造了一套适合5.0m大垂高回撤通道的支护工艺。

Abstract: To achieve the safe withdraw of NO. 3207 large-mining-height working face in Huoerxinhe mine at the situation of soft coal seam and complex geological conditions ,it is determined not to reduce the mining height ,and withdraw the face enquipments in the way of making insant dismantle roadway.The reasonable position of the roadway is determined in the base of analyzing the preserving of neighboring main roadway protective piller ,the limit of equipment size,and the mine pressure behave law during the late mining.The reasonable roadway section size is obtained by geometric calculation of the process of hydraulic support recovering. By reforming the process of the network linking and mining technology,a series of support technology suitable for 5.0m large-vertical height dismantle roadway is created.
